Lexmark E210 under Mac OS X

I have this old Lexmark E210 laser printer. To make it work under Mac OS X lion, I have to do the following:

Install Samsung-GDI from http://www.linuxfoundation.org/collaborate/workgroups/openprinting/macosx, and then install Foomatic-RIP from the same place. Compile and install ghostscript from source.
After this, when you add USB printer Lexmark E210, the correct driver will show up.
